Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments, trusted by the world’s leading merchants. We are seeking a data/AI leader to own GTM intelligence, dashboards, and data models that empower RevOps and GTM decision-making.

You will train Omni’s AI, partner with data engineering to scale pipelines, and build Claude-driven workflows that deliver accurate, context-aware insights. Join us to help Primer surface meaningful signals and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in data analytics, BI, or RevOps role.
• SQL fluency with complex queries and data modeling.
• Hands-on AI experience in workflows or automation.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.
• Experience modeling Salesforce data for reliable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM intelligence dashboards and data models for decision-making.
• Train and improve Omni AI so NL queries give accurate contextually aware results.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimise pipelines and data sources.
• Surface engagement signals, account health indicators, and expansion opportunities.
• Model Salesforce data for reporting; ensure trusted, clean, and meaningful CRM data.
• Develop data models to forecast revenue and ROI for prospects.
• Define data quality standards and governance across GTM tech stack.
• Build Claude-centered AI workflows and integrate with business tools.
• Drive adoption with training and documentation; measure GTM AI impact.
• Promote self-serve data literacy among GTM stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of AI landscape and recommend new tools/features.
