Job summary

Harvey is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to scale the systems powering our pipeline and customer success. You’ll work AI-first across Salesforce, Zendesk, and enrichment tools, designing end-to-end data flows and automations to drive revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, delivering scalable, reliable configurations and dashboards while maintaining data quality and governance in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps or related roles.
• Strong Salesforce expertise plus Zendesk administration or vice versa.
• Hands-on with enrichment/data providers and marketing automation platforms.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to ship AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM system projects across top-of-funnel to CS tooling.
• Design and improve lead sourcing, enrichment, routing, and scoring.
• Configure Zendesk and related CS platforms, optimize automation and SLAs.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration and data flows across systems.
• Build AI agents and automations to reduce manual admin work.
• Integrate GTM and CS tools for a unified customer view and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and architecture documentation.
