Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to scale the systems powering our pipeline and customer experience. This role will work across GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Support to implement AI-first enhancements and automate admin tasks.

You will design end-to-end data flows, configure Salesforce and Zendesk, and build enrichment pipelines with Clay and data providers to drive revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, Support Ops, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (data modeling, Flows, lead routing, account hierarchy, reporting) plus hands-on experience administering Zendesk (routing, automations, triggers, SLA policies), or deep expertise in one with proven ability to ramp fast on the other.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider, and experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Demonstrated AI fluency: you already use AI tools to build workflows, automate admin tasks, draft configurations, and troubleshoot, and you can point to concrete things you've shipped this way.

Responsibilities

• Work on GTM Systems projects focusing on top-of-funnel growth and customer success tooling.
• Design and improve top-of-funnel systems including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
• Configure Zendesk as the primary support platform and integrate adjacent CS tools.
• Contribute to Salesforce configuration across the funnel, including lead routing and lifecycle stages.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to automate admin tasks and extend system capabilities.
• Integrate GTM systems with CRM, product data, and internal tools; build dashboards for pipeline and health metrics.
• Maintain data quality and governance across tools and document architectures for scale.
