Qualifications

• Shipped models or tools with measurable GTM impact.
• Experience with LLM/ML applications and evals.
• Excellent SQL and Python or R skills.
• Experience with orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow).
• Strong communication and empathy for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with Sales and Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases.
• Own the full lifecycle from problem definition to production.
• Prototype quickly and ship to learn for impact.
• Define success via real usage and measurable outcomes.
• Document playbooks and enable leaders to adopt tooling.
