Job summary

Phorest is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to own the global product education strategy within Product Operations. You will educate and prepare customer-facing teams for launches, ensuring knowledge, collateral, and processes are in place to onboard and grow adoption.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Education, Support, Success, Growth, Sales and regional teams to establish standards, drive digital adoption with Pendo, and scale content globally using AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Enablement or related SaaS fields.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional launches and change management.
• Deep expertise in scalable enablement, education, and knowledge programs.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes and customer value.
• Strong analytical skills using product data and qualitative insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling for varied audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Pendo and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define global enablement strategy and governance across regions and functions.
• Translate product strategy into launch plans and readiness activities for customer-facing teams.
• Design scalable education pathways, playbooks, and self-service knowledge ecosystems.
• Own product content lifecycle: Jira, Notion, release notes, and communications.
• Lead digital adoption via Pendo governance to drive activation and usage.
• Define success metrics by blending product data with frontline feedback.
• Act as a senior product expert and leverage AI to scale enablement.
