Job summary

Phorest in Ireland is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to partner with leaders, coach managers, and own lifecycle admin from onboarding to offboarding. You will turn people data into insights and help evolve how People Operations works across the business.

You’ll be mentored by a Strategic People Partner while growing your partnering skills and People Ops expertise in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and able to spot trends from people data.
• 4+ years in HR with solid generalist People Ops experience.
• HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Irish employment law (UK knowledge a plus).
• Experience in SaaS and fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach first-line managers on people topics and performance.
• Own lifecycle admin in HiBob: contracts, changes, leaves, onboarding, offboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll and Finance to prepare inputs each cycle.
• Support compliance work (permits, gender pay gap reporting).
• Lead continuous improvement projects across People Ops.
