Job summary

Phorest is expanding its People and Learning & Development capabilities. The role focuses on shaping talent programmes, embedding AI into development practices, and creating practical enablement tools to grow employee capability and team performance.

You will own learning ecosystems, partner with leadership and the wider People team, and facilitate sessions that reinforce Phorest’s culture while driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience within a People or L&D function.
• Organised with a focus on quality and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace.
• Strong interest in talent development, enablement, or organisational growth and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance learning and talent management programs including planning, communications, scheduling and materials.
• Build leader and employee enablement tools and programs that drive business impact.
• Enable AI adoption and embed AI into talent development with practical, safe approaches.
• Own talent development tooling (e.g., Culture Amp, Notion) and drive continual improvement.
• Partner with senior team to deliver high‑impact talent initiatives and learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops to build capability and reinforce company culture.
• Measure feedback and data to iterate and keep programs relevant.
