Job summary

Phorest is seeking an experienced HR professional to enhance the employee lifecycle across our Dublin-based team. You will drive People Ops activities, coach managers, and translate data into actionable insights while supporting compensation processes.

You will work in a flexible, remote-friendly setting with one day in the Dublin office and ongoing collaboration with a Strategic People Partner for growth. A strong growth mindset and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, with generalist People Ops experience.
• HR qualification (CIPD) or equivalent. Irish employment law knowledge desirable.
• Experience using an HRIS (HiBob is a plus).
• Experience coaching managers and developing partnerships with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for employee queries and requests, resolving complex issues.
• Own lifecycle admin in HRIS, including contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with payroll and Finance to input data each cycle and flag anomalies.
• Support compliance work such as permits and gender pay gap reporting.
• Partner with People Systems & Operations Analyst to automate routines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base and process docs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across People Ops.
