Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Sales - EMEA based in Ireland to lead and scale our regional sales organization within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

You will coach Account Executives and SDRs, drive enterprise revenue growth, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to optimize go-to-market strategies across Europe and international markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate winning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity software to enterprise customers.
• Minimum 4 years of sales management experience with proven leadership of commercial teams.
• Experience scaling sales organizations in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong knowledge of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale the EMEA sales organization, coaching Account Executives and SDRs to meet ambitious targets.
• Define and execute regional sales strategy with clear priorities and measurable targets.
• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Provide strategic guidance for complex enterprise deals with executive-level engagement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent across the region.
• Own pipeline management and forecasting using CRM data to ensure predictable revenue.
