Jobgether seeks a Channel Director based in Ireland to lead and expand a high-performing partner ecosystem across EMEA, driving pipeline and revenue growth through strategic alliances with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and system integrators.

You will define and execute the channel strategy, onboard partners, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize partner contribution and market expansion in a cybersecurity context.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of channel management experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in AppSec/DevSecOps or software supply chain security.
• Proven track record building and scaling channel programs across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own end-to-end channel strategy across EMEA.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, distributors, SIs).
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through channel-led opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to align channel priorities.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize programs based on results.
• Represent the business at events and partner meetings to boost visibility.
• Balance strategic development with hands-on partner engagement.
