Jobgether is seeking a Global Head of Channel (M/F/D) based in Ireland to build and scale a global channel business within cybersecurity. You will define the partner strategy, establish the commercial framework, and develop a high-performing ecosystem of distributors, resellers, SIers, and MSSPs.

This senior leader works with Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech to drive pipeline, ARR and new customers. With global responsibility and direct exposure to executive leadership, you will shape the GTM

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building channel and MSSP partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong background in enterprise cybersecurity, ideally in threat detection or SOC technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MSSP licensing models and recurring revenue strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ARR, and new customer acquisition.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the global channel strategy, focusing on distributors, resellers, and SIers; expand MSSPs as a route to market.
• Design and implement the partner program, including tiers, incentives, deal registration, and partner economics.
• Recruit and develop high-value strategic partners; prioritize relationships with greatest potential.
• Establish MSSP commercial models with Product/Tech to integrate solutions into managed security services.
• Work with regional sales on co-selling, account mapping, and joint business plans.
