Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Global Tech Sales in the Public Sector to drive value for large Northern Ireland clients. This remote role covers the NI territory with occasional travel to Dublin.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level executives, identify expansion opportunities, and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet ambitious quotas. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience in complex environments.
• Proven ability to influence C‑level executives and close deals.
• Demonstrated forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Large Enterprise clients with +$1B revenue focus.
• Build trust-based relationships with C‑suite and teams.
• Develop and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and meet KPIs.
• Own forecasting and account planning monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
