Job summary

Microsoft is partnering with Allegis Global Solutions to recruit for an end-to-end recruiter role across the Czech market and broader EMEA programs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for apprentices, interns, graduates, and research talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, run assessment centers, and manage offers.

Fluent Czech and English are mandatory, and you will work remotely from Dublin, Ireland on a contract basis with Allegis Global Solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Must be able to interview candidates directly.
• Experience managing offers and negotiations.
• Experience working with ATS.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct first-round virtual interviews.
• Manage candidates through the full hiring process.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Organize and facilitate assessment centers.
• Evaluate candidate fit and hiring readiness.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Prepare and extend offers and negotiate compensation.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Support internship, graduate, and apprentice hiring programs.
• Understand local Czech employment regulations and market trends.
