Microsoft is partnering with Allegis Global Solutions to recruit for an end-to-end recruiter role across the Czech market and broader EMEA programs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for apprentices, interns, graduates, and research talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, run assessment centers, and manage offers.

Fluent Czech and English are mandatory, and you will work remotely from Dublin, Ireland on a contract basis with Allegis Global Solutions.

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Role Summary

Microsoft is looking for an end-to-end recruiter to support Early in Career hiring across the Czech market and broader EMEA programs. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for apprentices, interns, graduates, and research talent.

This person will screen candidates, conduct interviews, run assessment centers, manage offers, partner with stakeholders, and help deliver exceptional candidate and intern experiences. Czech language fluency is mandatory.

• Pay Range: €185- €208 /Day (PAYE)
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Management

• Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Support internship, graduate, apprentice, and research hiring programs.
• Contribute to intern and apprentice program execution.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

• Understand local Czech employment regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor hiring activity.
• Share hiring and talent insights with stakeholders.

• Fluent Czech language skills.
