Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or customer success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good data management, reporting and analytical abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable team player who can work independently.
• Full Irish driving licence and own transport.
• Home office setup with a quiet and secure workspace.
• Location: Remote (Ireland-based).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours per week.
• Travel: Occasional travel for events and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support, managing queries, requests and reporting.
• Maintain customer records, documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist customers with annual renewals and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, promotional materials and customer communications.
• Support campaigns, events and website updates.
• Assist with monthly finance administration, including bookkeeping and reporting.
• Attend occasional exhibitions, events and team meetings.
