Morgan McKinley is assisting a fintech start-up in Dublin with the recruitment of a Financial Accountant. The role involves owning key accounting activities and close processes, with exposure to treasury and financial controls, working closely with senior finance leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years' PQE, ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, and hands-on experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, and process improvement within financial services. Remote work available from Dublin.

• Experience preparing management accounts and supporting month-end reporting.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiencies.
• Exposure to finance transformation or implementing new processes and systems.
• Proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Fintech or financial services experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own key accounting activities across financial reporting, management accounts, month-end close, treasury and financial controls.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership to drive accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
