Job summary

Kota is seeking a Benefit Operations Analyst to join remotely from Portugal. You will support Kota's employee benefits platform, handle onboarding, renewals, and policy changes, while coordinating with insurers and employers.

You will work 9 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, full-time, with induction in Dublin and quarterly visits. This is a growing fintech role with exposure to customers and insurers across Europe and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, insurance, benefits administration, or customer support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate complexity.
• Clear written communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business administration: set up employer schemes, process applications, and update CRM and internal systems.
• Support scheme renewals by coordinating with employers, insurers and customer success teams to streamline processes.
• Own policy event administration: manage joiners, leavers, dependents, cancellations and amendments.
• Interact with customers as part of support, investigate benefit and policy queries, and coordinate with insurers on escalations.
• Travel: complete induction in Dublin and visit Dublin quarterly for meetings and training.
