Corporation Service Company is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to join the People & Culture Services team in Dublin, Ireland. This permanent role is 37.5 hours weekly with a hybrid model (3 days onsite). The salary range is €35,000 – €39,500 gross per year, with final pay determined by skills and scope.

You will support global benefits administration, manage day-to-day activities, respond to inquiries, and drive improvements in processes and service delivery across the EMEA region.

• Proficiency with HRIS and vendor databases.

Mansioni

• Deliver world-class benefits services and day-to-day benefits management.
• Serve as primary Benefits contact for the EMEA region and back-up globally.
• Manage lifecycle administration: onboarding, terminations, enrollments with vendors.
• Support annual renewals, open enrollment and other cyclical processes in EMEA.
• Review benefit invoices and liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries within SLAs and ensure quality service.
• Identify service gaps and drive process improvements to resolution.
• Develop process documentation and training materials for benefits administration.
• Analyse benefits data to measure outcomes and manage costs and engagement.
• Stay informed on regional wellness initiatives and trends.
