Evercam, a remote-friendly company unifying cameras, drones, and 360° for construction, seeks a Business Development Representative based in LATAM to engage US-based prospects, qualify leads, and book demos. The role is fully remote and requires alignment with US business hours.

You will perform outbound outreach, nurture inbound inquiries, and collaborate with account and customer success teams to turn opportunities into SQLs while supporting growth in the US market.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• SaaS/Construction industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with CRM and email outreach platforms.
• Outbound prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach to US-based prospects and qualify inbound leads.
• Book demos for the sales team and update CRM with activities.
• Perform pre-call research and plan to maximize outreach impact.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Lead Development.
• Map target accounts, identify stakeholders, and nurture opportunities to SQLs.
