Job summary

beqom is seeking a proactive BDR to fuel our US outbound pipeline. You’ll engage senior HR and Finance leaders across 1,000–50,000 employee organizations, qualifying inbound demand and building sequence-driven outreach.

Based in Germany with a remote setup, you’ll run multi-channel outreach, experiment with AI tools, and collaborate with Account Executives on Fortune 500 deals to accelerate revenue and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count)
• Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders.
• Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business, not a checklist
• Based in Germany, and comfortable with a remote work set-up

Responsibilities

• Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies
• Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employees
• Qualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws)
• Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 deals
• Experiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles.
