Job summary

beqom is hiring a BDR to drive the US outbound motion. You’ll engage Heads of Reward, CHROs, and VPs of Total Rewards, building a scalable pipeline and moving deals toward revenue from day one.

The role demands a proactive, data-driven approach and comfort with enterprise conversations. You’ll work remotely from Germany with global coverage, using tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to test sequences and messaging while collaborating with Account Executives on complex

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred).
• Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders.
• Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business.

Responsibilities

• Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies.
• Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at mid‑market to enterprise companies.
• Qualify inbound demand from marketing and regulation triggers.
• Build pipeline alongside Account Executives on Fortune 500 deals.
• Experiment with new sequences, tools, and angles.
