Job summary

HubSpot is hiring a Business Development Representative in Dublin, Ireland. The role is remote from Ireland or hybrid in our Dublin office.

You will generate new interest via calls, emails, and social media, qualify prospects, and coordinate with 2–3 Account Executives to build effective outreach strategies. You will learn customers’ business challenges to determine HubSpot as a solution, communicate value, and drive conversations toward deeper discussions.

Qualifications

• The desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales.
• Sales/prospecting experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp focus on goals and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers).
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies.
• Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead and meet monthly goals.
• Understand customer needs and challenges using sales methodologies (e.g., BANT).
• Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base.
