Job summary

REM Waste is seeking a Commercial Inbound Sales Closer to handle inbound calls from trade customers, close the sale on the call, and grow the account. This is a 100% remote, UK contract role with a monthly earning target up to £3,536.

You will migrate customers onto our ordering platform, earn commission on conversions, and manage your pipeline in HubSpot while upselling the right products. Requires 3+ years in B2B sales, consultative selling, and disciplined CRM use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B, commercial, or trade phone sales.
• Able to hold consultative conversations and spot upsell opportunities.
• Disciplined CRM usage and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from commercial and trade customers ordering skips and grab hire.
• Identify who you’re speaking to, the job, the project, and the scale.
• Close the order on the call and migrate customers onto the ordering platform.
• Own your follow-up and pipeline in HubSpot and upsell where appropriate.
