Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its remote sales team to Ireland. The role focuses on outbound B2B calls to small business owners, generating qualified leads and setting appointments for Corporate Directors.

Base salary €31,000–€35,400 with an uncapped commission structure; OTE €47,000, top performers €59,000+. Training provided with clear progression opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales / target driven environment required.
• Outbound cold calling experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on operations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Work from in-house CRM system to manage leads.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors after interest is shown.
• Deliver excellent customer service with speed and empathy.
