Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar customer-facing position.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong listening skills.
• Comfortable with DMS/CRM systems and administrative tasks.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy day.
• Genuine service mindset and a team-first attitude.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service journey with confidence and clarity.
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair - accurately, first time.
• Acting as the bridge between customer and workshop, keeping communication clear on work scope, timelines, and costs.
• Preparing transparent estimates and invoices that customers can trust.
• Managing updates, follow-ups, and the small details that turn a one-time visit into a long-term relationship.
• Supporting the Aftersales Manager in keeping the department running smoothly.
