Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, booking service appointments, communicating work scope, timelines and costs, and preparing transparent estimates and invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with DMS/CRM systems and administration.
• Calm under pressure with strong organisation.
• Genuine service mindset and team player.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service journey with confidence and clarity
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair - accurately, first time
• Acting as the bridge between customer and workshop, with clear scope, timelines, and costs
• Preparing transparent estimates and invoices that customers can trust
• Managing updates and follow-ups to build long-term relationships
• Supporting the Aftersales Manager in keeping the department running smoothly
