Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, resource management or demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools/dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks to monitor operational supply, demand and resource requirements across multiple workflows.
• Lead capacity planning and forecasting activities, analysing workload trends and anticipating future staffing requirements.
• Use data and predictive modelling to identify potential capacity gaps, operational risks and resource requirements.
• Work closely with international stakeholders and external vendors to monitor operational capacity and ensure appropriate resource coverage.
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce backlogs and optimise resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Monitor operational performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and business outcomes.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related operational initiatives.
