RECRUITERS is seeking a Workforce Planning & Capacity Analyst for its global tech operations in Dublin. The role is hybrid (Dublin 4) with an 11-month contract and a €65,000 annual salary.

The candidate will forecast workloads, manage capacity across international teams, and develop dashboards to support data-driven decisions. Strong planning, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience are essential.

Workforce Planning & Capacity Analyst – Global Tech

We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation, known for its innovative digital platforms and services, to recruit a Workforce Planning & Capacity Analyst to join its international operations team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Workforce Planning, Capacity Management, Resource Planning, Operations or Project Management.

Offer

Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 11 months

Salary: €65,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workforce capacity and resource planning across multiple international teams.
• Forecast future workloads and identify staffing requirements.
• Analyse operational data, identifying trends, workload fluctuations and potential issues.
• Work with international teams and external vendors to ensure resources are aligned with business demands.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity and backlogs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Manage projects and drive improvements across operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, Workforce Planning and Vendor Management.
• Identify operational risks and proactively recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Workforce Planning or Resource Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse quantitative data.
• Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, workforce management or resource planning.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, international locations and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
