Morgan McKinley is partnering with a prominent international asset management institution in Dublin to recruit an experienced Operations & Outsourcing Manager. The role combines day-to-day oversight of outsourced service providers with NAV and valuation oversight, regulatory reporting coordination, fund lifecycle support, and operational risk management in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead outsourcing governance, monitor SLAs and KPIs, maintain the outsourcing framework for board reporting,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within Asset Management Operations or UCITS/AIFM environments.
• In-depth knowledge of UCITS/AIF funds, NAV oversight, and outsourcing governance.
• Proficiency with regulatory reporting standards (EMIR, SFTR, PRIIPs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourcing providers and governance framework.
• Maintain NAV production oversight and handle valuation issues.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting for EMIR, SFTR, PRIIPs, EMT, EPT.
• Manage fund lifecycle events, launches, share class changes, liquidations.
• Lead process improvement and executive reporting; mentor junior staff.
