Meta in Dublin seeks a Program Manager for Scaled Regulatory Operations on a hybrid 11-month contract. You will own SDM framework, forecast demand, and guide headcount decisions across multiple workflows, coordinating with XFN partners and legal/compliance teams.

The role demands strong data-driven decision making, experience in regulatory or legal operations, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable efficiency gains across 20+ workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy or equivalent program management
• 2+ years of experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Critical thinking and ability to use data to drive solutions
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting or resource management
• Experience in Legal, Public Policy or Regulatory space
• Knowledge of the intersection of legal guidance, policy and online content
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and set priorities
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and time-zone coordination

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for tracking supply and demand across SRO
• Integrate predictive modeling to improve demand forecasting
• Provide analyses to support decisions on headcount and vendor footprint
• Own capacity planning and data monitoring for the program
• Drive initiatives to improve SG&A, backlog and OpEx through data-driven insights
• Create decision-support dashboards for visibility into supply and demand
• Manage interdependencies and mitigate risks to keep delivery on time
• Collaborate with workflow owners and teams to improve efficiency and scale product-driven solutions
• Support regulatory reporting readiness and compliance readiness
• Align outcomes with Meta's strategic and compliance position
