Eden Recruitment Limited, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is seeking a Program Manager for an 11-month contract. The role combines on-site and remote work, with 3 days on site and 2 days at home.

You will build a framework for tracking supply and demand, apply predictive modeling, and advise on headcount and vendor footprint. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analytics, and risk management to keep delivery on schedule.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in operations, consulting, strategy or program management.
• 2+ years managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting or resource management.
• Experience in Legal, Public Policy, or Regulatory space.
• Ability to work across time zones and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a framework to track supply and demand across SRO.
• Integrate predictive modeling to improve demand forecasting.
• Provide analysis to support headcount and vendor footprint decisions.
• Own capacity planning and ongoing data monitoring for the program.
• Drive data-driven initiatives to improve SGA, backlog and OpEx spend.
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility into supply, demand and planning.
• Coordinate interdependencies across operations and projects to keep delivery on time.
