Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager in Dublin to lead Workplace Services across regional offices. You will drive strategy, optimise performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance space, culture and productivity.

The role requires directing vendor teams, managing budgets and inventories, and delivering projects from planning to completion while fostering a user-centric, vibrant workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in holistic workplace and facilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in-office five days a week and travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop vendor teams supporting workplace services across locations.
• Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, KPI performance and supplier reviews.
• Manage budgets, inventory and regional office supplies including signage.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise space and culture.
• Analyze data and produce insights to drive improvements.
• Lead full-cycle projects (office moves, events) with governance and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
