Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager in Dublin to lead the Workplace Services team and shape an exceptional office experience. You will drive workplace strategy, optimise performance and partner with cross-functional teams to maximise space and cost-efficiency.

The role develops skills in workplace operations, project management and supplier oversight, with opportunities to influence regional programs and company culture. Regular office presence is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Data literacy and basic reporting.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, PMP or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Run Great Workplace Services: support offices with maintenance requests, service tickets, office communications, employee forums and day-to-day operations.
  • Build relationships with external vendors, track service performance and ensure high-quality, reliable services.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: track budgets, expenses, supplies and inventory; use data to identify savings opportunities.
  • Create a Great Employee Experience: collaborate with Catering, Real Estate & Facilities, EHS, Physical Security and IT.
  • Turn Data into Ideas: collect and analyse information, create reports and identify trends.
  • Own & Support Projects: lead projects from start to finish, coordinate timelines and updates.
  • Bring Ideas & Keep Improving: challenge processes and introduce smarter workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

The Workplace Services team takes the lead in developing an exceptional workplace experience across our regional offices. They drive workplace strategy, optimise performance, and enhance productivity and cost-efficiency. Through innovative programs and initiatives, they create a unique and user-centric workplace journey. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise space utilisation and efficiency for all workplace users. The team also oversees essential services and continuously evolves its approach to elevate the company culture and foster a vibrant work environment.ResponsibilitiesThis role is a great opportunity to build a broad foundation in workplace operations, project management, business partnerships, data analysis and supplier management. You’ll work with experienced teams across the business, take ownership of meaningful projects and develop skills that can support a long-term career in workplace, operations or business management.

  • Run Great Workplace Services: Work with our workplace partners and service teams to help keep offices running smoothly. You’ll support everything from maintenance requests and service tickets to office communications, employee forums and day-to-day workplace operations.
  • Work with Partners & Suppliers: Build relationships with external vendors and suppliers, track service performance and help ensure we receive high-quality, reliable services. You’ll learn how contracts, service levels and performance management work in a real business environment.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Help track budgets, expenses, supplies and inventory. Use data to identify opportunities to save money, improve processes and make sure offices have what they need.
  • Create a Great Employee Experience: Put yourself in the employee’s shoes and look for ways to make the workplace more welcoming, useful and enjoyable. Partner with teams such as Catering, Real Estate & Facilities, EHS, Physical Security and IT to improve how people experience our spaces.
  • Turn Data into Ideas: Collect and analyse information, create simple reports and identify trends or opportunities. Use what you learn to recommend practical improvements and help the team make better decisions.
  • Own & Support Projects: Get involved in projects from start to finish, from office moves and workplace programmes to regional events. Help coordinate timelines, track actions, communicate updates and make sure projects get delivered.
  • Bring Ideas & Keep Improving: We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys figuring things out. Challenge the way things are done, bring new ideas and help us find smarter ways to deliver workplace services and improve the employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification(s)- A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable working with data, sheets and basic reporting.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different teams.
  • Team player with a positive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work from the office five days a week and travel internationally as required by the business.
  • Preferred Qualification(s)- Relevant internship, part‑time work, university projects or extracurricular experience.
  • Experience or potential to act at a regional level to influence and drive decisions and programmes.
  • IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, PMP, or other industry‑equivalent certifications preferred.
