Qualifications

• Significant privacy/compliance experience in an operations setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU data protection frameworks and employee privacy requirements.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to critically analyse data and build and present reports to senior leadership.
• Operates with integrity, including handling sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively analyze and respond to data subject request cases related to employee and candidate privacy concerns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address privacy requests.
• Navigate complex operational requirements to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies at scale.
• Drive cross-functional projects balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Develop training and guidance on employee data subject rights obligations and procedures.
