Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Operations Lifecycle Intern for a 2027 start in Dublin. You will assist with onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, leaves, and benefits operations under local Irish laws.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes across the EMEA region, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and delivering a positive employee experience within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding is desirable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The HR Operations team builds and delivers a seamless, positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource local requirements for the local market in Ireland.
• Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience.
• First point of contact for any employee queries and support employees with HR solutions.
• Design and recommend enhancements of HR processes and procedures.
