Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Operations Lifecycle Project Intern (EMEA) in Dublin for a 2026 start. You will support Ireland HR local compliance, vendor management, and employee lifecycle activities within a dynamic global team.

As an intern, you will learn to handle onboarding, transfers, leaves, and data changes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You will collaborate with cross-country partners and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment laws and market practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High discretion, confidentiality and ethics.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance for Ireland HR local requirements and potential expansion.
• Manage vendors to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Build harmonious employee relations.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and provide end-to-end HR solutions.
• Design improvements to HR processes and procedures.
• Support onboarding, transfers, leaves, terminations, and data changes.
• Assist relocation, immigration, and staffing administration.
