Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Ireland seeks a Senior Sales Manager with an engineering background to lead a team of 6 Sales Account Managers across Ireland (excl. Dublin) and support the company’s international footprint from Cork.

You will drive growth, coach teams, and manage key accounts while shaping global sales strategies. The role focuses on hands-on coaching, customer engagement, and overseeing leasing contracts, renewals, hiring, and onsite analysis, with KPI delivery and regional meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6 Sales Account Managers covering Ireland (excluding Dublin).
• Activate customers, identify opportunities, and drive performance with a growth mindset.
• Coach, engage customers, and collaborate with marketing and development teams.
• Handle high-level conversations including leasing contracts, renewals, hiring, and onsite analysis.
• Deliver KPIs, manage account development, lead regional meetings, product launches, and reviews.

• Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with an engineering background and strong people management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven international exposure, expertise in value-based selling, and a global mindset, while also being regionally aligned with operations in Cork. This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive global sales strategies while maintaining a key presence in Cork to support their international footprint.

About Your New Job

• Lead and develop a team of 6 Sales Account Managers covering rep. of Ireland (excluding Dublin).
• Activate customers, identify opportunities, and drive performance with a growth mindset.
• Working closely with your team, focusing on hands‑on coaching, customer engagement, marketing, and development.
• Handle high‑level conversations, including leasing contracts, renewals, hiring, and onsite analysis—with some major accounts in your portfolio.
• Responsible for KPI delivery, account development, regional meetings, product launches, performance reviews with your team.
