Job summary

Merchants Quay Ireland (MQI) seeks a Regional Manager for the Midlands to lead and develop the MQI DATS Project across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford. The role requires delivering trauma-informed, high-quality services and managing resources and budgets across multiple locations.

The post holder will coordinate service delivery, engage with local stakeholders and funders, and drive improvements to meet regional needs and funding expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site teams and complex community services.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and funding relationships.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with local funders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational functions of the MQI DATS Project.
• Ensure services meet funders' requirements and MQI’s mission.
• Develop and implement trauma-informed, high-quality regional services.
• Oversee budgetary controls and resource allocation for the region.
• Promote MQI DATS services to stakeholders and communities.
