Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager - Facilities Management to lead integrated FM services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. The role requires steering hard and soft FM operations, managing engineering teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical services management, asset maintenance strategies, and proven ability to grow contract value while delivering compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• A proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.
