Excel Recruitment seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-volume retail stores across the Southeast region, based in Wexford, Ireland. The role demands senior leadership with a proven track record in multi-site management, people development and delivering strong commercial performance.

You will lead store managers, drive sales growth, monitor KPIs and ensure exceptional customer service while enhancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager or Senior Multi-Site Retail Manager.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple locations.
• Experience driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers across multiple sites.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and commercial performance.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, implementing action plans where required.
• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service across all locations.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Manage labour costs, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
