Job summary

Merchants Quay Ireland is seeking a Dublin Clinical Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of Dublin Clinical Services, including the MSIF and associated nursing, dental, counselling and GP services at Riverbank House. You will report to the Deputy Head of Dublin Day Services and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Primary Degree in a Health-related discipline (Level 8).
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering clinical services in addiction, homelessness and mental health with 3 years in a management role.
• Working knowledge of Risk Management and Quality Assurance Frameworks.
• Proven leadership and multidisciplinary team management experience.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive services.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of Clinical Services to meet service standards and MQI ethos.
• Provide performance management support to management and staff within scope of practice.
• Promote trauma-informed approaches to service delivery and organisational practices.
• Coordinate, assess, implement and review care for service users per standards.
• Ensure compliance with Professional Clinical Guidelines, MQI policies and legislation.
• Support MSIF clients directly when required and monitor protocols.
