Job summary

M.E.D. Surgical is seeking an Area Manager for the General & Laparoscopic Surgery Division, responsible for interfacing with key customers in surgical products. The role covers hospitals in the Midlands and the West of Ireland.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in clinical sales, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a clinical background is a plus. The position requires a target-driven individual with the ability to develop lasting partnerships and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in clinical sales and/or commercial sales roles.
• Comfortable working in operating theatres.
• Background in clinical environments is advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide an interface with key target customers.
• Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
• Implementation of new product launches in the responsibility area.
