Job summary

HSB is seeking a Regional Manager to lead engineering surveyors across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role is field-based, based in Northern Ireland or Ireland, and focuses on customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage resource planning, performance, recruitment, and financial performance while promoting safety and a high-performing culture within your region.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing field-based engineering or service delivery teams.

• Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities
