Job summary

Enable Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join the regional team covering RHA Dublin & North East & RHA Dublin West & Midlands, with travel across locations such as Cavan Town, Navan, Dunshaughlin, Kildare and Dublin.

The post provides business planning support to the Director of Services and Service Managers and oversees admin, finance, HR, IT, facilities, capital projects, performance reporting and regulatory compliance in the region.

Qualifications

• recognised third level qualification (Min. Level 7) in Commerce/Business/Finance/General Management/HR Management or related area.
• Right to work in the country.
• 5 years’ previous management experience in day-to-day operational management of business support functions (finance, administration, HR, facilities, governance, compliance, risk and performance reporting).
• Experience of contract management and procurement.
• Management qualification.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience in health care or not-for-profit sector.
• Experience applying Risk Management Frameworks in a workplace.
• Experience with HSE service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide business planning support to the Director of Services and Service Managers.
• Devolved responsibility for management of administrative and business support functions.
• Oversee regional business processes including Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Capital Projects, Performance reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee regional sustainability initiatives.
