Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of field-line managers and service engineers across Ireland. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, managing P&L and financial targets, and driving safety and operational performance.

Two days in office, three days in the field with frequent travel across Ireland, including Belfast, Dublin, Cork and Galway. The candidate will develop the team, engage stakeholders, and uphold high service standards in a dynamic, hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based teams and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in fire & security, telecoms, HVAC or similar relevant industry.
• Strong people management, leadership, coaching, and engagement skills are essential.
• Flexible and adaptable to suit changing business needs.
• Commercial awareness and solution-focused mindset.
• Skilled at engaging, influencing, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and operational problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ireland as required.

Responsibilities
