Job summary

Global Professional Consultants (GPC) in Dublin's Sandyford is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, develop business with clients, source and interview candidates, and create job specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in office-based sales or recruitment in Ireland, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Training and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year in an office or recruitment environment in Ireland.
• Background in people-facing roles highly considered (sales, hospitality, education, etc.).
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong people skills and communication (written & verbal).
• Confident on the phone and with cold calling.
• Organised, motivated, results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Have a strong sense of urgency.

GPC is a specialist recruitment consultancy in Dublin with 25+ years' experience in Ireland, the UK and internationally. We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford.

This role suits an ambitious, confident person who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideal for someone with at least 1 year's experience in an office-based sales or recruitment environment in Ireland who is ready to take the next step in their career..

Role:

• The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full 360 recruitment process.
• Business development with new and existing clients
• Manage your own client database
• Source and interview candidates
• Creating job specifications for client's roles.
• Receive full training and mentoring from senior consultants & the MD

Requirements:

• Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year in an office or recruitment environment in Ireland
• A background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education or Personal Training highly considered.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
