Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is actively recruiting Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required as we provide full training and a defined path to leadership from day one.

You will manage the full candidate journey for healthcare clients, handle onboarding, and place candidates on shifts to earn uncapped commissions. Based in Dublin with 2+ years of professional experience and work eligibility in the EU, you can join a fast-paced, target-driven team.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience - 2+ years' post-education experience in any field.
• Work Eligibility - EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or relocating to Dublin.
• Drive - Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by clear targets and results.

• Handle Onboarding - Support your candidates through certification and compliance so they're ready to work.
