Job summary

Noel Group (Ireland) in Cork is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead the hospitality and facilities management desk. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, win new clients, and grow revenue through building long-term relationships with candidates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business opportunities and win new clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Grow and manage your own desk with a strong focus on revenue generation
• Write and advertise roles across multiple platforms
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Stay up to date with market trends, client needs, and talent pipelines
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve targets and support key accounts
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
