Job summary

DGR is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates across diverse sectors from our Citywest office. You will manage the full lifecycle, from screening to relationship-building with clients and candidates, while contributing to a fast-paced staffing desk.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and a track record in target-driven settings. On-site work at Citywest Shopping Centre with a clear path to growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, our database, and social media.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the placement process.
• Manage client communication and shift scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate records on our ATS (JobAdder).
• Carry out compliance checks (right-to-work, references, certifications).

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you'll work closely with our team to source, screen, and place candidates across sectors including logistics, transport, warehousing, facilities management, construction, food production, and general operative roles. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through to building and maintaining client relationships.

Pay & Practicalities

• Salary: €35,000+ base plus commission
• Location: Citywest Shopping Centre, Dublin 24 (on-site)
