Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is seeking a driven sales professional to join our recruitment team. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, create opportunities, drive placements, and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We provide full training, ongoing coaching, leadership development, and merit-based progression. Early base salary in the €30s with unlimited monthly commission; Year 1 total around €45K at average performance, with potential to reach €75K in

What your efforts can earn you:

• Early €30s base salary.
• Unlimited Monthly Commission: No fixed ceiling on your earnings.
• Year 1: Around €45K total compensation at average performance.
• Year 2: Around €75K total compensation.

What we are looking for:

• At least one year of full-time professional experience, preferably in a sales role.

• Available to work Monday-Friday, on-site in Dublin 2.
